Excellent sandwiches and other menu selections. Great atmosphere to meet up with friends. Cons: Food technicians are wearing disposable gloves but fail to change them between customers. Also they are touching their faces, noses one was sniffling like she had a bad cold but blamed it on allergies. And they are not wearing masks while talking not only to customers which is normal but with each other and in this day of RSV FLU SEASON more care needs to be taken when prepping food.
Syracuse native here. It was nice to see a Brooklyn pickle in utica. Reminded me of home. Staff super friendly and efficient. Atmosphere very chill. Try the ham,turkey. Roast beef on a whole wheat....or just turkey n american cheese mayo for a simple lunch.
