this place dont do customization for your beverage. i asked for strawberry pump, for my matcha and said that they dont it coz its not in the system. like what? i ordered medium, gave me half of the medium cup of matcha ONLY and paid for the full price. crazy

I order everyday coffee before I go to work large or ex large regular hot coffee with extra cream and sugar . My coffee was literally pure cream and was cold . I am very disappointed of the service I have recieved. I didn't had time to drive back to get new coffee because it takes them way too long to make cup of coffee . One time I was waiting 38 mins on driveway and I couldn't move forward or backwards.

I order almost daily and everytime I pay $5 for bacon thats beyond burnt. i’m in college and don’t have money falling from my ass, so please stop making me waste money and maybe watch your training videos again. I could go on for days about the amount of times i’ve spent $20-30 on mine and my roommates breakfast and its inedible. please get a grip!

This location is drive thru only (crime area?), DD has decent bagels, but 99% of the time the sandwiches suck. I don't understand why most places don't toast the bagels, just make them warm.

This is my preferred and in my opinion the best Dunkin in Oneida county. The ladies on the morning shift are fast, polite, and hard workers. I appreciate them and their positive attitudes very much. Thank you for making my coffee! ?
