I found this wonderful little spot in Utica today and it was the most amazing experience I’ve had in a
while. The service was wonderful. Two amazingly sweet women conversed with me and even recommended a delightful bakery across the street. I took a good while to stare at the menu as I don’t have much exposure to Dominican food and it was hard to narrow down what delicacy to choose. I definitely expected the food to be better. Was very disappointed. The food was tasteless including the beans and rice... The empanadas were horrible, taste like they were made at 5 o'clock in the morning, I mean how hard is it to fry an empanada to order? The sweet plantains were decent as they were freshly made. Everything else was warm at best.. Would definitely not recommend it...
