I found this wonderful little spot in Utica today and it was the most amazing experience I’ve had in a
while. The service was wonderful. Two amazingly sweet women conversed with me and even recommended a delightful bakery across the street. I took a good while to stare at the menu as I don’t have much exposure to Dominican food and it was hard to narrow down what delicacy to choose.
