No frills Italian food. Small cozy atmosphere. Food was great along with the service. Cost was surprisingly good compared to many restaurants these days. If you want great food without all the fancy frills, this is the place. Highly recommend!!

Extremely solid Italian classics. All the sauces were spot on. Fra Diavlo, Francaise, marinara, vodka (I tried them all).
Apps were so good I filled up on them and could barely eat my meal but happy to have delicious leftovers for tomorrow.
Garlic butter bread was also perfect for dipping in the leftover muscle marinara sauce.
Service was a bit slow but the food was well worth the wait. It is a small family operation so don’t expect perfection, but expect full satisfaction.

So I was in Hanffords yesterday and I was looking at the steaks and a guy walked up and we made small talk and I mentioned that I was cooking steak alfredo he suggested a cut of meat and some pointers how how to cook it and what to do and it came out phenomenal! Come to find out it was the owner of Joey’s thank you again for your help I will never make it any other way!

I ordered greens and got like five bites in a tray. When I ordered a few days before I had gotten a good order when I said something about it not being the same they told me that's just how it is.

Joey’s catered my sisters wedding last night and it was incredible. they took all the stress off our plates and put great food on them. it was outside and they brought everything they needed to set up in their own space. they had the food going for a little while before we all ate and it was still so. good. every single thing we had was incredible and if i wasn’t in a maid of honor dress i would’ve eaten a whole tray of that eggplant parmesan haha. i highly recommend them for any catering you need, and if you stop in to eat make sure to get the italian nachos, they’re to die for!
I drove past this place so many times on my way to my dorm but I finally went when my mom visited. The service was a bit slow at first but everyone was very kind. The riggies were good but the two standouts were the bread (so fresh and warm with a delicious garlic butter on top) and the greens. I'm not even a greens person but these were literally one of the most delicious things I've ever had. It's also a very cute and homey atmosphere I highly recommend.

Food was fantastic. Service was OK. Atmosphere was OK. Honestly the only bad part about this place is the wait. It took almost 2.5 hours for us to get dinner. We had a 6pm reservation and didn't get entrees until after 8. We left close to 9 at night. That's too long for dinner service... Food was delicious and still not sure I want to wait that long ever again.
