I was a fairly regular customer, large order every other week, sometimes weekly. Ordered today at about 3 pm for pickup at 5 pm. They typically screw up the gluten free chicken pizza by putting breaded chicken on it, reinforced the grilled chicken. Arrive at 5, told it will be a few minutes, they had gotten busy. Fine, it happens. 5 minutes turns into 50 minutes, the chicken is breaded, now husband has no time to eat the food I am still waiting for because he has to be at work in 10 minutes. No apologies from Nina's, literally nothing to even attempt to make things right. Never again.

The pizza is phenomenal, out of this world! Each slice is massive! The dough is perfectly baked and toppings are just right. Crispy and delicious. May I recommend trying one of the specialty pizza slices and a chocolate chip cookie!

Told my buddy Schoob I haven’t had any good pizza in upstate NY. So he drove me and my wife over a hour to Utica to take us here, and I can definitely say this is the best pizza I’ve ever had! It’s hard to admit, but it’s even better than pizza down in the city! Well worth the drive!

Two huge slices of NY-style Buffalo chicken pizza, best we ever had, plus soda for under $9 fed two adults. Most amazing deal in town. Met the chef and owner, great people. Can't wait to try their specialties next time.

Excellent food and delivery service!! Ordered a pizza, wings and ravioli yesterday and still raving about it today. It was exactly what we needed after a full day of driving, we had it delivered and the lady that delivered was extremely kind, even to my chocolate lab who only barks if someone knocks on the door. Food arrived fresh and hot. Every bite was delicious (especially the ravioli ?) Highly recommended!!
