This is by and far the worst McDonald's in the whole chain. Customer service is in the negative. One of the few stores where the employees go out of their way to ignore the customer. It took me over an hour to get an order. The question is how much business this store could actually do if there was competent help working there. It's time to terminate all and start over again. And with all this I didn't even mention the 16 year panhandle who was walking up to all the customer begging for money in his brand new designer clothes. This store is on autopilot.

Just went to order a sandwich and they have a new girl by herself working the counter and trying to prepare food while the manager and cook are outside passing a joint. Unreal!!! Is this the new advertisement for McDonald's? I'll be going out of my way to Burger King in North Utica.

Probably one of the worst McDonald’s locations I’ve ever been to. It’s better to stay hungry than order from this place. Three times in two weeks, they’ve missed items from my bag. Not sure if the staff are careless or intentionally removing items, but it’s unacceptable.

The last time I went there, none of the employees even bothered to place an order & there was a big line forming behind me so I left. Though, the other times & food were okay.
I can't even with these people, the service sucks. The employees attitude was horrible, took 20 minutes after getting my food for them to serve us drinks and sauce, and still didnt give us the right order. It smelled like weed and the people seemed very shady, will not be attending this facility ever again!

SHUT THIS MCDONALDS DOWN! The amount of terrible reviews this McDonald’s has (on google and on DoorDash) and the fact it is still open is insane. I get it, it’s McDonald’s, not meant to be super amazing, but this place is the lowest of the low. Please please please shut this place down.

I will never go to this McDonald’s again. I went to order some fries so when I got the fries they was cold so when they gave me fresh fries you couldn’t even eat them because it was so much salt on them. No wonder why they was laughing. Sept 12, 2025 at 7:15pm. I don’t know if this girl was the manager or supervisor but the way she talk to the employees she needs to go or get retrained.

The worst McDonald's ever RAW quarter pounder cold unsalted fries! They never have any of the special menu items the shake mechanic is either broken or they never got the items to make the new grimace shake. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE EATING FROM THIS MCDONALD'S....
