Looking for a bite while traveling on I-90 in the Utica area? This place is fantastic. We phoned ahead and were presented with pristine picnic lunches. Delicious handcrafted sandwiches ( Grilled cheese and a steak). Accompanied by hand made kettle chips and an orzo side salad which was inspired- fresh and herby- perfectly sized. They remembered forks and a napkin. And the pickle! A freshly pickled dill- home made!!! This place is the real deal - attended to with family care. Definitely worth getting off the highway!

The food is delicious and fresh. On par (frankly better) than gourmet restaurants in Las Vegas, NV and La Jolla, CA that I'm accustomed to. Whether you're local or just passing through Utica, I'd highly recommend stopping here for breakfast, lunch, or a mid afternoon bite. You won't be disappointed!
