Joseph Putrello Coffee is a charming Italian coffee shop with an authentic and luxurious atmosphere. The coffee is outstanding, rich, smooth, and perfectly brewed, with extremely high quality. Whether it is an espresso, cappuccino, latte, frulatto (called a coffee milkshake), or a macchiato with pistachio whipped cream, every drink is the best thing tried. The selection, detail, and service have no equal. The staff is very welcoming, helpful, and professional, with excellent attention to detail on the presentation of the drinks. Even when busy, the baristas are welcoming and nice. Drinks and pastries are served in a glass dish. This simple place, done exceptionally well, feels transported to somewhere between Italy, L.A. and N.Y.C. A must stop for tourists and the lucky locals, with easy NYS Thruway on and off.
