A great stop on the Erie Canal. Room for 4-6 boats depending on size. Restaurant had excellent food. Flavors were amazing and fresh ingredients. Met the owner very nice person when we were walking our pups along the river and thru his very large yard by the event center. Great stop.

We had reservations for 7pm. It took AN HOUR AND A HALF TO GET OUR FOOD. When the food finally arrived my fish was lukewarm and my potatoes were cold. The waitress only quick when she dropped off and picked up the check. I’m so saddened by this because the atmosphere was so nice I had high hopes for this restaurant. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. Do better!

Worst meal of my life!

Waited an hour and a half for our food and not a single person seemed to care. No apology, no explanation, and no acknowledgment of the ridiculous wait time. The customer service was just as bad as the wait itself.

Restaurants get busy—we understand that. Ignoring your customers for 90 minutes is unacceptable. A simple apology or update would have gone a long way, but apparently that was too much to ask.

We left feeling frustrated, ignored, and like our time meant absolutely nothing. There are too many good restaurants out there to waste another evening here. Not coming back.

I ordered a soup and a Caesar salad for dinner. This will be my dinner. My company also ordered dinner. Mine came out 20 minutes before everyone else my soup was cold, which I had to send it back to be reheated the salad I had to put a dish over it no salt, no pepper and no cheese on the table are your service trained why would you bring someone’s meal out 20 minutes before everyone else’s food? But I must say the music was great on the patio
