Had lunch with a friend and boy oh boy! The best spanish food I ever had. Plus you should tey their fried pork. They not only serve spanish but vietnamese! The people are so really nice too. Loved it and will always eat here and recommend highly.

I have recently moved to Utica and I stopped by for some Spanish food and when I tell you this is by far the best spot in Utica I mean it !! If you haven’t stopped by it’s a must I had fried chicken and rice with beans 10/10 recommend and I will definitely go again 🙏❤️

Excellent Dominican food! She has a steam table with all available choices for you to see abd create a dish. Portions are very good and price is very fair! She has some regular items like roasted pork ( pernil), a baked chicken, fried version with no flour just seasoning, pork ribs, chicken stew ( hot AND mild), rice and either black or pinto beans. Ive never ordered off the menu, just the steam table. I never had Yucca before. It's like a firm baked potato consistency with vinegared red onion. It's better than a potato IMHO. They have rice pudding, tres leches, for dessert. Both this restaurant and El Barajo are my 2 favorites!! Mi Casa was very disappointing as half the menu was based on plantain dishes!! I dont like sweet or regular plantains. I know where to go for what I like and I m Italian! If you get tired of all the Italian places in the area then try either restaurant I mentioned. You won't be disappointed!!

Yummmm! What else really summarizes my experience here? The woman owner was very nice, generous, explained how a couple things are made (with lots of love, of course), and she generally went above and beyond to give me a good experience. Let me tell you, I have been craving the food ever since! I live an hour away but go to Utica a couple times a month and I will be stopping in on my next trip there.
I love trying a vast variety of ethnic food and Spanish/Dominican is one favorite! Sazon Frank is one of the best I have had.
Portions are very generous, flavors there, meat tender. What's not to like? The Dulce de Leche is literally a labor of love and I can't wait to get more! Tres Leches was delicious as well. I nearly didn't grab rice pudding because I've honestly never been a big fan (something told me to try it) but that would have ben the greatest mistake because it was absolute bomb. So good, I was shocked as I'm so picky and would go without dessert before having rice pudding typically. They obviously know their way around the kitchen and I recommend you make your way around their dining area!
