Let me start by saying I absolutely love the Albany Swifty’s. Food has been amazing every time and they always get my gluten free order right. My husband was in the Utica area so we decided to get takeout to bring home. We got home and not only was the order wrong but the chicken was RAW. I know this is first world problems but I had to throw out my dinner. Very disappointing experience. We did call the restaurant and they said they will void our credit card payment. I will update if that happens as I don’t have faith it will.

Big portion sizes, great prices, great tasting! I got "The Hangover" Burger with normal fries.
It's getting 3 stars because an employee took my plate and asked me "did you even taste it?" and shook his head. Unprofessional and wrong to have that demeanor.

Nice place with good food, great service and reasonable prices. We stopped in for dinner and we were very happy with our meals. I had the shepherds pie with the soup of the day and my wife had the Dubliner with soup. We both enjoyed our meals and the service provided by Alexis was great. I would gladly go back and would be happy to recommend it.

Good pub style food. Right next to the Stanley Theater. The Rueben egg rolls something I've never seen before. So tasty. From my 11 year old: The calzone was "so cheesy. I loved it" They also have Kraft Mac and cheese for younger kids. Service was amazing! The waitress found out we were there for a girlscout trip, and went out of her way, to help our girls think their ordering on their own and about budgets.
