The Celtic Harp Restaurant and Pub offers a lively atmosphere with live music and events. The friendly staff and owner are accommodating. The menu features good food that's not standard bar fare, with options like the black & blue, patty melt, shepherd's pie, and chilli and mozzarella sticks. The shepherds pie is yum. The fish sandwich and sweet potato fries are good too. The food is fabulous with generous portion sizes, leaving diners feeling satisfied. The beer selection is good but Utica Club is a good get here. Indoor and outdoor seating is available.
