Tonight’s dinner was intimate, delicious and made with a love that few chefs can convey. The eggplant was perfect, the squash/ eggplant lasagna was incredible, filled with such flavor ! The freshest spinach salad using cubes of roasted squash, sliced apple and so much more. We will be back! Bivona’s is very special. Come one, Come all! Be greeted by Sam, the owner of Tasty’s. We started with a large order of guacamole that was really good followed by many tacos, two bowls, street corn, a side of beans and a side of fried plantains.
