During our visit to this location on the way to Lake George for breakfast, we ordered 4 egg and cheese on croissants, 1 plain croissant with cream, and 5 coffees. Unfortunately, we did not receive a greeting at the door or a thank you. The employee, who was wearing a face mask, appeared disinterested. We requested to eat inside, but our orders were ready without our knowledge. We had to go back to the front to find out that our food was ready, but it was packaged for takeout. When we asked the girl which item was the plain croissant, she told us to search for it ourselves and suggested that we were impolite for asking.

short curly brown hair female, threw hash browns at me after waiting for 30 minutes. said she wanted to throw my order at me. I simply asked if they were handed to the wrong person and she tried to start an argument. said she didn't even want to do my order anymore. this girl needs to be fired.

Honestly, this is probably the only dunkin within a twenty five mile radius that keeps their coffee fresh (including the decaf). They're extremely busy often, and the team here handles it well. Their wait times are not that bad. The manager does an incredible job at this store. She is so nice, and if there's a minor mess up (rarely), she or the team fixes it with no hesitation whatsoever. You just really don't see a store working this well together these days. They do an amazing job.

I always feel like I'm leaving disappointed. 9/10 times I go there they are out of basically every donut and it's not even 1pm. Not even sure how they can claim Donuts in their name. There's only one associate that has ever gotten my order right when I go through the drive through.

The workers are complete morons. They do not know their own menu. I tried to order their” DunKing “coffee on the way to work and they kept asking what I wanted in it and did not know what the drink was. Maybe they should learn the menu before they are allowed to work at the counter. The service sucked
