I was sold bad food on a pick-up order.
After contacting Columbia Diner through FB Messenger and getting no resolution, I brought the food back to the diner to speak with the owner. The owner and staff escalated it into a nasty confrontation instead. I had to call the police to get my money back. The police got my money back and told me the owner banned me from the premises for insisting they make good on the deal.
Terrible customer service.
My daughter, myself and 3 grandbabies love this place. They are very efficient and curteous. The food is great and the atmosphere is top notch
