This McDonalds has always been a go to quick good meal with great service in the evening. Lately something has gone wrong. I see new faces and they seem aloof or rude. They constantly forget food now and never give condiments even if paying for extra. I even asked them if they had everything they assured me. Missing all condiments, 2 sandwiches, and 1 4 piece nugget nugget. Then expected me to drive 15 minutes back for a refund. They guy on the phone was rude and condescending. 5-6pm time frame
I ordered my hamburgers with tomato and lettuce... they only gave me chicken and the bread didn't even have mayonnaise and there were too many workers doing nothing and they still grilled things poorly, which is outrageous.
