“I can’t say enough good things about Pat’s Deli! I recently placed a catering order for a baby shower, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. I initially spoke with Chris and Edwin, who were both incredibly professional and polite. As a first-time party planner, I had a lot of questions, but they took their time to guide me through the process and made everything so easy.

The food selection was excellent, and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting how delicious everything was. Pat’s Deli also provided two servers—a young lady and a gentleman—who were simply amazing. They helped with everything from setting up the food to serving, making the entire event so much easier to manage. Having those extra hands allowed me to relax and enjoy the party.

“Whitby Castle is the absolute best & most perfect place for a wedding & we very highly recommend it as your wedding venue! My partner and I got married in March 2024 on a Saturday afternoon at Whitby Castle in Rye, NY, and it was better than we ever could have imagined thanks to the breathtaking venue and all of the amazing managers and staff at Whitby. My partner and I looked at about 10 wedding venues in the Tri-state area before finding Whitby Castle, and the minute we saw it, we knew we had to get married there. It blew all of the other venues out of the water, in so many distinctive facets. The first thing that brought us to Whitby was the gorgeous castle and grounds (flawlessly manicured lawns right on Rye Golf club and striking views of the Long Island Sound), and how the venue provided a plethora of accommodations for whatever season or weather you may have on your wedding day. The next thing that brought us in was the wedding package they offered for dates outside of the wedding season (ours was the end of March). The wedding package included everything we needed, outside of a few upgrades we added on later, and was the best price for all of the options we got. We could not find a better price anywhere for the number of options, vendors or amenities that their wedding package contained. Before ultimately deciding on Whitby Castle as our wedding venue, we attended their quarterly wedding showcase that provided samplings of all of the cocktail hour foods the venue provides, as well as the ability to meet a ton of potential vendors for all of the other factors of the wedding weekend. The showcase event was excellent and not something we saw any other venue provide. It gave us a one-stop shop to help find our vendors, and even better that it was vendors that work at Whitby on a regular basis. Additionally, the cocktail hour food was delicious, and we knew the entrées and other course options were going to be even better. After we saw all of this, we knew for certain that Whitby was our venue, and it only got better from here. We booked Whitby Castle as our venue over a year before the wedding date and from our first meeting with Niki, the Catering Sales Manager at Whitby, we knew we had without a doubt made the right choice. Niki handled just about everything with the venue throughout the process including catering, vendors, amenities and all of the options available to us through Whitby. Niki took the time to get to know us and offered a wide variety of options for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, as well as anything else we were thinking of. Niki thoroughly explained the numerous elements to consider when planning our wedding, what we did or did not need, or what we may have missed or forgot, and she helped us get to where we needed to be in the planning process. Since our first meeting with Niki, she made us feel as if she genuinely cared about us and our wedding (because she did), as well as the different ideas we had. We worked with Niki for over a year and half, and she made everything so easy for us during that time. Niki managed all of these points with us until it was time to meet with the operations manager and maître d', which happens around a month before the wedding day. We would later meet with the Operations Manager, Ralph, about three weeks before the wedding day and he was just as awesome. Ralph had all of the particulars laid out for every aspect of our wedding and provided a comprehensive timeline and wedding plan to us. Niki and Ralph were not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but also exceedingly responsive and accommodating to what we needed and wanted for our wedding. Niki and Ralph were both always accessible throughout the entire process when helping us manage, coordinate and deliver our ideal wedding. They also made the process of meeting and maintaining communication with them easy and convenient. “Let me start by saying that I am the bride that did not want the hassle of a wedding but ended up having one anyway. A huge factor was the staff at the Westchester Manor and how incredible they were. From the beginning of the planning process until the big day, John Gresia and his team made the process of wedding planning a breeze. John had recommendations for local vendors, in which we used his vendor John for the photobooth, and we cannot say enough good things! Aside from being a beautiful, local venue, the food and attention to detail were excellent. My husband and I had our reception at the Westchester Manor on November 11th, 2023 and it exceeded our expectations in every way! We received positive feedback from all our friends and family, which made it all the more worth it. Our guests to this day are still complimenting us on the service and the food served from cocktail hour, through dinner and dessert. “For the last several weeks, I've been walking to and from SF Express to pick up my dinner. The food has been excellent, I'm getting better, more nutritional meals (than cooking myself) and eating less (than going to the local Italian place I favor). “Love it! Delightful people, their service and interactions were uncommonly genuine, and such a pleasant environment. Ordered two lobster rolls, one of each kind, and they were both very good. The salad was wonderful! Love the dressing they use! The location is within easy reach of the HPN airport — a plus for my travel habits — and the area is a very pleasant one to either drive or walk around in. Street parking can be a little tight, but welcome to the northeast. Definitely worth the return!“

“MadeByRK (Renee) is an exceptional private chef who exceeded all expectations of our family-style 75 person wedding reception. We were impressed by the pre-event coordination and care shared to ensure a good plan. Renee's hired staff was professional and made our guests comfortable with their food and beverage services. Renee & staff competently served passed appetizers and a fully tailored hot meal. The dinner was outstanding and really enjoyed by all. One guest, 75 years of age, said MadeByRK was the best meal ever served at a wedding. “I've driven by this place a billion times and never once gave it a second thought. I'm also not a food truck kinda guy but wow did I just find a new spot to frequent.

Prices are so reasonable considering today's absurdity and the food is great. I had the brisket and pulled pork sandwiches, both tasted great. My foodie fiance loved it as well and she's a tough crowd.
