Lobster season is back at Panera! So I decided to give it a try. It was better than I thought. The lobster roll had lots of meat, no fillers. The Mac and cheese was creamy, had lobster chunks in it, and nice flavor. As you can see in the photo I almost ate everything. My only comment is I wish my bun was toasted with butter, but it was it good overall.
On Saturday August 12th around 7:30 p.m there was a lady who gave the manager a hard time which I don’t understand. The rude customer had told the manager that she is going to report her and I don’t think that is fair. The manager do not deserve to be reported. The manager is such a sweetheart, she have great customer service, respectful , patient and caring. The food was delicious and fresh. I am satisfied. I will be back☺️

I never ordered food from here. I always purchased gift cards for friends/ family for special occasions.The establishment is always clean, and the line moves quickly. The cashiers are always friendly.Only give 4 stars because of the other reviews I have read about the food and the pictures I have seen people post. I would not want to eat here.
