“I did not catch the name of the woman who helped me unfortunately, but she was very cordial and pleasant. I came by 5/15/25 at 7:30 PM or so, she was by herself, I would like her to be recognized by higher management. When making my matcha latte she asked me how I like it (more sweet or bitter), which is something a Starbucks employee hadn’t asked me before so I was pleasantly surprised. When I told her I like it either way, she made it less sweet and it was honestly the best matcha latte I’ve had at a Starbucks! I appreciate her going the extra mile to make sure my drink was perfect. I had a hard day at work and she made it a little better. Thank you!“
