“My best friend, her daughter and I stopped here for a late-ish breakfast today on our way back to Putnam County this morning. We had never been before and this came up while searching for a breakfast spot. Jeanie Bean's certainly lived up to the charming name! Sweet place, really nice, helpful staff. Our order was pancakes, chicken tenders (no, actually cutlets!!) with really great well done fries, and a BLTurkey which I requested on rye. I didn't ask but I am pretty sure that Rye was homemade. Very fresh and thick cut. Many other homemade baked goods blessed the counter, which we sadly didn't try. The teenager drank a monster energy drink while us adults split a can of Arizona iced tea. There is a little set up to help yourselves to silverware/napkins, salt/pep, sauces/ketchup and there are a couple beverage coolers with several options. There is a little coffee bar area and although I didn't get a good look I'm sure there was the option for hot tea as well. I am not quite sure where the int'l inspo comes from (perhaps the family has a British background?) but there are some interesting English teas/treats in the little gift shop area near the front half of the store. Seemed like there were some handmade things, and many cute gifts. The teen and I played a couple rounds on the little wooden tic tac toe game that was on the table. The food was great, atmosphere was fun and friendly. You order up front, grab your table and they call your name and bring out your order. 10/10 would recommend if you happen to be up in the Country! Oh, p.s. there is also an English inspired phone box outside labeled the BOOK BOX full of books to grab / exchange!”

“Really good pizza. Really glad we stopped here for dinner. Pablo and the staff were super nice and took great care of us. Eggplant slice way surpassed expectations. Margarita slice was great. So was the penne vodka slice. Sometimes penne vodka slices are dry — but this one was amazingly rich with sauce. You bite into the penne and you see it’s filled with sauce. In my opinion, exactly what you want your penne vodka slice to be. Thanks for having us!! Hope you guys keep on succeeding!!”

“Always my go to place!! But it’s now sold to a different owner and they are absolutely horrible and the food is gross!!! I would not even go to get a slice of pizza!!!! PS:The New owner thinks he a GOD in the kitchen!!! to add a update.....it takes them hours to cook anything I mean anything! we order 2 things of chicken fingers and fries and it took them over a hour!!! PS they put Parmesan cheese on French fries for kids!! That's nasty that's nasty!”

“Fireside catered our daughter’s wedding with a BBQ buffet & it was perfect! Food arrived hot & fresh & our servers were very professional. I have been to weddings where they have run out of food-definitely NOT the case with Fireside! Generous portions & we even had leftovers. Highly recommend!”

“Some of the best tacos I've had in the US, especially de birria and al pastor tacos. Intense flavor, perfect sear, and juicy. Filling as well. The paletas were also great. Unfortunately the flor de calabaza quesadillas, the day's special, paled in comparison. They were pretty bland.

It's mostly a takeout joint with a few shared tables. The staff was friendly, and the place looks nice and inviting, but the Mexican mariachi music was too nagging for me.”

“Hands down, the best coffee shop I've been to. I've been to Phil's coffee in San Francisco and it can't hold a candle to Ready Coffees quality of coffee and service. I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is mostly young people who have the most pleasant attitude, which is a nice change of pace from most fast food in the area. 🫡”

“We had our wedding reception at JB’s and we can’t recommend them enough! Mark and Tracey were wonderful in helping us prepare and set everything up, and they made a typically stressful experience as easy as possible. Our guests are still raving about how delicious the food and drinks were! The wait staff was great too - our glasses were always full. We were a little nervous about the tent in October but the heaters kept it warm and toasty in there, even during a nor’easter. Plus, you really can’t beat cocktail hour on the patio - fire pits, beautiful view of the golf course, and passed apps. Highly recommend JB’s Bar & Grill / MKAT Catering for your next event!”

“I am an eggplant snob! I order it every Italian restaurant I attend. I have only enjoyed it at one other restaurant, Coppollas in Hyde Park until Raymees. The owner said I was going to love it and boy was he right!!!! It was exactly like I love it!! It was wet, lots of sauce and cheese and not loaded with bread crumbs. BUT I was most impressed by the very large portion and side of salad, garlic knots and pasta! I highly recommend you try Raymees! I doubt you will be disappointed!!!! I would give 10 ⭐️”
