“This was our first-time visit to the casino and Funky Chicken. Got the 12pc chicken meal with sides and bread. The chicken was so tender and juicy, it was the best chicken we’ve had in a long while! The server was very polite and the food was served quickly. The meal was reasonably priced, as well. We will definitely be back in the near future. We highly recommended!“

“very very poor customer service today probably not the only one who has dealt with this issue. went through the drive thru to order my lunch. but the employee who was taking my order was very unprofessional an nasty . bad attitude. will not be returning to this location. all the years KFC been in Rome NY an never once did I run in to this issue. needs to be spoken to or fired since this young lady doesn't know what customer service is.“
