I would ignore the negative reviews in general. We have been coming here on average of 6 times a year for over 10 years. Maybe once someone wasn’t satisfied. Granted, I only do mexican or asian mostly but my family does the pizza place, chicken place, and sandwich shop. All good.
Ordered antipasto salad. Told them no onion or peppers it came with roasted peppers. Told her I said no peppers She Told kitchen no peppers. They replied all salads are pre-made so they can't remove peppers. I told them want my money back .This was a not good experience. Guess I brown bag it next time. Supervisor was helpful but other employee in next area had to get her two cents in.All I asked for was a receipt for my records. Did not get one. Not happy
