“The food? Excellent. The coffee? Usually good (runs very sweet if you’re not getting just a regular coffee so be aware when ordering!) But I’d recommend using the self service kiosk at the door rather than ordering at the counter because the customer service isn’t always the most pleasant experience. I tend to feel like I’m inconveniencing the staff when I’m there so I choose to simply place my order at the kiosk and take my things to go rather than feel like I’m intruding in the seating area“

“I like best bagels for a quality quick breakfast. HOWEVER- the coffee cups they use LEAK LIKE CRAZY! Be careful because it’ll drip all over your outfit or car. Please get different cups!“
