I think the service could be a little bit better. The staff could be a little friendlier. Quite a few times my drink orders have been wrong but I can say every time I order food I have no issues always hot and made correctly it's just those coffees are almost always wrong. Nobody wants to start their day off with an incorrect coffee order
The majority of the employees are amazing, I am grateful for their hard work during these crazy times. Although, there is a young girl who is supposedly in charge, she is very rude to her customers and employees. I wonder if some of these other complaints are about her as well..its unfortunate, as the other employees I've had the pleasure of speaking to are very hard working and polite.
