Jeanne was awesome! Friendly, quick service and help with menu choices! She was spot on with the Bacardi crab suggestion and substitute for shrimp scampi build it meal was perfect. Food was delicious and other staff was courteous. Great meal!
Red Lobster is one of the few places to get seafood in our little part of the world. It’s all good. The food is decent. It would be great to have a true a la carte or small plates option on the menu to order the combos you really want, but it’s corporate. We get it. Service is always lovely, but fast paced. Atmosphere is nice. It’s very clean.
Our reservation was handled with courtesy and accuracy. The general staff was well trained and attentive to detail. Our server was well dressed and courteous. He explained the menu and specials with complete accuracy. He was attentive to our needs and answered our questions thoroughly. There was a very slight delay due to the complexity of our group order in food preparation. The quality of the items ordered was outstanding and the atmosphere enjoyable.
