Came here with family for a nice dinner. Wasn't expecting the wait we got when multiple people got their orders before ours but we didn't mind too much. When we finally got our food it looked amazing, the bubble tea and sushi was satisfactory, however, the ramen was quite disgusting. We got 3 bowls, Tomato base ramen, the Spicy Miso, and the Tonkotsu ramen with pork belly. The Tomato base ramen was good and satisfactory but the other two weren't. The Tonkotsu smelt like a barnyard animal, we didn't want to judge at first but when we tasted it, it was revolting. Then the Spicy Miso tasted disgusting as well, didn't taste at all what we expected and for some reason also tasted the same way the Tonkotsu tasted, barnyard animal like. We don't know what caused that taste but I will never come for the ramen here again.

Pretty good food, adds something desired in the area. Nice space and ambience. They have online ordering kiosks or you can order at the cashier, it's nice to have the option. Drinks are hit or miss, sometimes they're way too sweet even with less sugar, but the tapioca is consistently good!

Food is damn good, drinks are amazing , service was slow (for food) a few times early on, but the last couple times it has been fast. So I think they are figuring it out, and maybe it just depends on the rush. Can't wait to see them finally get a new sign up so people will actually be able to find this place from the outside.Parking: Just park further away. Walmart eats up too much of the parking

Very cute shop. The decorations were adorable. I got the strawberry milk tea with strawberry boba. The bubble tea was tasty and the service was great.

When you walk in it’s confusing on which was you go to the counter to order. Once you figure out you go to the right it’s pretty easy to order on the tablet or the counter. I’ve been twice and food has been good both times. Unlike other Ramens there pork is very dry. Pork Belly in ramen is usually a bit thicker and fall apart tender. This one is tough, thin, and dry. The taste is there though and it’s still pleasant to eat. The broth is great and I will continue to visit once in a while. That is the only big reason I wouldn’t go more. Both times I went the tables have been filled with prior customer garbage and not cleaned well. So the one time we were able to find the last clean table! Thankfully this second time it was a bit better.Water station very nice touch. Confusing if you call our people’s names (that are asked for when ordering) or if you call a number. This caused confusion at pickup counter. Maybe choose one or the other? As a new resturant like any I’m sure it’s figuring out how to run best and I have hope that they will nail it! Keep it up and take suggestions.

For bubble tea Tai Chi does well. At first we were going to get the Milk Tea but there was only a non dairy creamer option. We settled on a large strawberry and a mango Milk Crush with whole milk. We asked for light on the tapioca pearls. The cost was $17.37 and both tasted sweet and good. There are artificial plants everywhere, wood tables, and clean environment, nice. We looked for some plate we could snack and share but found none. You order at a cafeteria style line, get a number, and wait for them to call your number. They can improve by having more whole milk options and some plates to share. The staff was Asian and did not feel like English was their first language which made the place feel like an authentic boba place.
