This is the kind of place you go if you're only too lazy/tired to cook and somehow can't think of literally anywhere better for some ungodly reason. The quality isn't there. Everything tastes like it comes from the frozen food section of your local grocery store. The breading on their chicken tenders is thick and CRUNCHY. Almost even ratio of bread to chicken. And the whiskey glaze? All sugar, no flavor otherwise. No zest, no salt, no flavor interest. Their "seasoned fries" have a touch of salt on them, but that's it. Their burgers are on the small side too, close to what you get from a drive thru these days. I only can because they sent me what appeared to be good coupons in the mail, like BOGO and free appetizer coupons. They could offer me all the free appetizers and discounts they want now, but I won't be back. Red R(au)bin and Chi(lee)'s are leagues fresher tasting than here. The service was fair and casual, not overly friendly, so not bad but not great either. Wouldn't recommend.

Upon walking in we waited to be seated for a bit with not a single staff in site. The place almost looked closed other two table that had people at them. Once staff saw us they said great its a big party. Upon being seated staff disappeared again not be seen. The table we were set at was too small for 6 people so we had to use a second table and made the decision ourselves. After finally ordering our drinks it felt like forever before the waitress came to take our food order. You could hear the staff gossiping about how many tables they had and how stressful it was. There was only 5 tables in the whole restaurant occupied. It was really annoying to hear them talk about the people they are seating in the ugly manner they were. Once served the food the salads were brown and had to be sent back. After finishing the food we waited forever for our checks and again forever for the waitress to come take the checks and bring change. All together this trip was nothing i would ever want to do again. The staff is rude and makes people wait a super long time for anything and everything. Would not come back again.

Super slow service.Seating open in whole restaurant and they pack you in one section.Horrible.
Arrived as a party of 4. Told 10 minute and that the host would come get us from the car parked directly in front of the door. Came in 10 minutes later and was refused service because their kitchen was to “backed up.”

Heard this restaurant is closing so it was more of a dessert town when we went there. Needless to say they've changed the menu so most of our favorites were no longer on the menu?they have a shortage of staff. Though we were seated promptly it took forever to get our food and the check when we were done 7/10
Absolutely worst service. Drinks took 30 min. Waited 55min never got our food. Was bad years ago still is!

went with 3 other people and their food came out in about 20 minutes. sent it back cause boneless wings were hard as a rock. second time coming out was good, but still hadn’t received my order of wings. a hour and 15 minutes after arriving i finally got my food. all i can say is at least the drinks were strong could’ve gotten drunk from just one.

Not too likely to go again. The food was pretty good, but didn't quite match the price in my opinion.I ordered take out, and came to pick it up 20 minutes later, when the website recommended to come. There was practically no one inside, but I still had to wait 10-15 more minutes inside.
