we always have issues with our order. today ordered and they ran out of plain bagels at 9am but didn't tell us just made the bagel sandwich on some other bagel. then we had a croissant that had ham, cheese, bacon and egg which we paid more for bacon and they didn't put bacon on it! before getting our order they had tried to give it to someone in the drive thru as they cater to the drive thru even tho there's a line out the door! this happens all the time wish there was a better...read full review
i love dunkin however I would never go to the dunkin donuts in victor i waited in the drive through at the window for 10 mins and no one came to take my money or give me my drink. no one even acknowledged me so i drove away with out my drink and went to the canandaigua dunkin donuts.
The employees are so rude. absolutely miserable every time we go. I ordered a medium vanilla chai and only half my cup was filled. The guy at the window didn't say a single word to us and we sat there because they put everything we ordered in a separate bag so we didn't know if he was done handing us stuff. So my husband asked if that was it and the guy was very rude. we stopped at 11:15 on a Saturday morning and they were out of everything. We will not visit anymore
