Ordered mobile to go. Had all the doors to the restaurant locked, were 25 minutes late with the food and it was cold. No Apology. They don’t care.
We tried to cancel, but couldn’t because we ordered online and the only way to talk to someone was to get into the drive thru line.
Even with employee shortages, they could have done better.
