The “manager” of the Victor, NY store on 01/01/22 told me there was nothing he could do for me after I found a long red hair mixed in my food. If I wanted a refund I’d have to come back on Monday & talk to the GM. I explained I don’t live in the area & he said “well, then there’s nothing I can do for you”. Ordered on line our usual Moe's order - we usually order from the Pittsford location but we were near the mall....I ordered a homeworker and paid for it. But received the Jr version. Ordered a steak burrito bowl with extra steak & received about a half portion. Tried to call when we got home & took it out / no one answers the phone& it was 20 minutes prior to close
Ordered online for pickup, two meals, nothing too crazy. Got there and they didn’t provide drinks, I had to ask, which is fine, but the response from the girl working, “What do you want?” I explained we were missing two drinks, she apologized and gave them. I then decided to check the rest of the order and they did not give the two bags of chips we ordered, rather a smaller single bag, or the cup of queso.
