Today a manager was loudly scolding an employee. I would have quit. Other customers in dining room were noting it and talking about it. I come here with a client I care for. There was a new employee so I assume it was him. Very inappropriate. Sometimes food is spot on and sometimes I pick spoiled lettuce out of food. Tables are sticky, small and cramped. Bathrooms are not as clean as they could be. Overall, it could be more consistent and clean. Staff is quite pleasant, but man...
Good sandwiches but small in size. Delicious food but a little bit pricey. Overall, a fair place for middle class America. Many don't realize that Panera comes from Paneer, which means cheese in Persian. The restaurant is essentially called cheese and bread. The roots of European languages lies in Central Asian Persian.

Stayed at the hotel nearby and ate dinner here most nights for a week. Quick service, good food and amazingly friendly staff. As someone who works in a service industry I am always excited to find places that still value providing friendly customer service! I believe it was Jenna at the counter today that helped me with my order and told me about the area. She is awesome!
