Stayed at the hotel nearby and ate dinner here most nights for a week. Quick service, good food and amazingly friendly staff. As someone who works in a service industry I am always excited to find places that still value providing friendly customer service! I believe it was Jenna at the counter today that helped me with my order and told me about the area. She is awesome!
It is a very modern, spacious and cozy bread basket. It has this parking lot for many cars.
The service is fast, the attention is super but it has been two times that I see changes in the presentation and size of the food. Changes that I don't see in another Panera that I frequent too.
Another detail is the cleanliness at the drinks station. Lots of sugar, milk, coffee. I know that customers are sometimes careless but it is Panera bread's responsibility...

One of the newer and nicer Panera locations in the area. Love having the self serve kiosks. Also has a drive thru. Food is consistently good but has gotten rather pricey.
Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options from many soup varieties to salads, sandwiches, flatbread pizzas, and warm bowls.
Parking: Ample parking not shared with any other tenants. Location is right off NY-96 near the I90 and I490 interchange.
