The restaurant was dead and they wouldnt seat us until our whole party arrived (there was 6) so we stood at the bar for at least 5 minutes and no one came over to asked if we wanted anything. We never got the waitresses name and they gave us 2 menus for 6 people and when eveyone ordered exept for one person who was indecisive, we asked to give us a minute and she took the menu away and we had to ask for it back. They told one of our group that a specific sushi roll was made a certain way later to find out that was not true. They charged me 3 dollars for ice on a 21 dollar whiskey drink and justified it by telling me it's because they poor 1 ounce more liquor which I did not ask for and un all honesty, makes zero sense. They then rang in a 20% gratuity on the check without telling anyone and it was 10% at best after everything leading up to it. The chef was on point and the food was fine but the manager was conveniently not there when we requested them and the waitress didnt seemed bothered by any issue we brought up so I will not be going back there ever again and they should have communicated the up charges and automatic gratuity and taken the 3 dollars off the bill.

The food here it’s no good. It’s pretty disgusting and they use old seafood for sushi. You’ll be disappointed. Don’t waste your money in your time coming here.

Absolutely terrible experience. We were quoted a 45-minute wait and ended up standing there while multiple tables sat open and other customers walked out. We checked in with the host every 10–15 minutes just to make sure we weren’t forgotten, and each time she was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and clearly miserable.
After we had already waited the full 45 minutes, she suddenly told us they weren’t going to serve us at all threatened to call the police. No explanation. No apology. Just blatant disrespect.
This place is clearly disorganized, understaffed, and completely unprofessional. The treatment we received felt discriminatory and unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT EAT HERE. The service is beyond horrible, and the staff’s attitude is even worse. We left furious and disgusted.

Went here tonight with no reservations, host said it would be 45 min wait.. 30 mins past no one entered the store. We asked if we could be seated at the empty tables and drink water look at menu and wait. Host refused said they had new servers training.. responded and said okay we understand we have been standing for 30 mins can we sit and any of the 10 empty tables, she then refused to serve us and said would call the police if we didn’t leave. 10/10 don’t recommend!

Food ok, service good. My concern was with how dirty the tables and menus were. Also, I had four people and they added gratuity and didn’t mention it. I’m a great tipper- but it does frustrate me.

I was toldbto call today to make reservations for this coming Saturday. I waited for the Restaurant to open at 11 am to make my reservations. The girl who answered the phone said booked til 8 pm. She stated she started taking reservations at 10:30 am because she couldn't stand the phone ringing. I stated but you don't open til 11 am, how is this right.

We got $150 worth of sushi delivered. The pieces were gigantic, way too large to be comfortably eaten. This was said by our party of experienced sushi eaters. The pieces had to be cut up with a fork -super horrible experience.

The rolls were packed in containers so tightly that some were almost just a blob of rice and sushi goo.

Thirdly- the rice was not very good. The consistency was pasty and rolled too tight. It didn't have a good feel in the mouth and didn't fall apart reasonably like it should. We all had better sushi from Wegmans.

Overall a horrible and expensive experience.

Hostess spilled soy sauce all over my friends jeans and said oop and walked away, no sorry, no oh my, just oop after casually knocking the whole cup of soy sauce over and that was it. Stained all over her jeans and purse and it still left a stain. Service was horrible. Didn’t come to ask us if we needed refills, nothing. Just had us order and came to give us our food and that was all. So unsatisfied. Such ignorant and rude employees. Will never be back here ever again regardless of the occasion.
