We ordered a last minute gender reveal cake, Calculated Confections was accommodating and had the order ready in a timely fashion even though we were so last minute in planning! Same day cake that was so light and fluffy and not overly sweet. We also have a family member with celiac disease and were able to purchase gluten free cupcakes filled with the same color as our cake so they didn’t feel left out.

I did a walk in looking for a simple vanilla birthday cake. I only waited for about 10 minutes while the cake was being assembled and during which had a pleasant conversation with the owner. The cake was affordable, SO fluffy and moist and had the most delicious buttercream frosting. I highly recommend getting your next cake with Calculated Confections! Thank you so much, I WILL be back!

I recently ordered a carrot cake for a baby shower. That carrot cake is by far the BEST, I've ever had. All the guests raved about it! It's clear that a lot of care and pride goes into these cakes. Khadija was very easy to work with. The entire transaction was done through email. She was prompt in her responses, reasonably priced and the presentation of the cake was exactly what I envisioned. I will definitely be back!

They sat with us, explained which filling was even gave us some ideas and listen to some of our ideas the cake, turned out beautiful everyone ranted about it if you’re looking for a great place please please please get your wedding cake or any cake from here

We got two pies from the bakery for Easter, one already made and one we ordered - Key Lime and Coconut Cream. First off, the bakery itself is lovely and comfortable, while the owners are warm and friendly to deal with. As for the pies - delicious! The Key Lime pie was the perfect balance of tart and sweet. As for the Coconut Cream, I’ll leave it to my friend, and I quote: “I consider myself somewhat a connoisseur on Coconut Cream pie and this pie is exquisite!” Do patronize this bakery - you won’t be disappointed ?
