When you break down the numbers, Dunkin’ Donuts is charging premium prices for a product that costs them pennies. Their own industry benchmarks show the total cost to produce one donut: ingredients, labor, overhead, everything, is roughly $0.20 to $0.35. So when this place us turning around and charging $2.00 for a single donut, it’s not just a markup, it’s a ripoff.
For the price of two or three Dunkin’ donuts, I can buy an entire Entenmann’s dozen, and the quality is consistent every time. Dunkin’, on the other hand, has become a gamble on freshness, consistency, both in product and customer service.
The service is hit‑or‑miss at best. I’ve walked in multiple times to find the store understaffed, the counter empty, and I'm waiting around with no one in sight. Other times, the crew is in the back laughing, joking, or hanging out with friends while I'm standing at the register waiting to be acknowledged. I’ve literally watched two employees sit at a table with their buddies when I walked in and standing there waiting to order.
So I’m done with that location.
The only bright spot is the manager the big guy, who actually runs the place like he cares, when he's there. He’s solid. But one good manager can’t compensate for a crew that treats the job like a social club.

Absolutely love the area the staff is friendly very clean inside good food and coffee
If I could give zero stars I would. My husband is diabetic and when ordering his coffee he said no sugar. The person taking the order put on the screen 5 cream 5 sugar my husband politely tells her no the coffee is wrong no sugar and she rudely says you know it's much easier if you tell me what you want and not what you dont want! He did he said 5 cream you added the sugar without even asking! We will never go to this Dunkin again the drive through lady needs to learn some hospitality!

Two weeks now, on and off, ice machine broke, no ice, no signs posted in drive through. Are owners not be made aware? Absolutely amazed how this location still makes money.

I am not joking when I say this I was with my friends and her mom and I ordered an avocado toast because they didn’t have any bacon for a bacon egg and cheese that I originally wanted This girl who was yelling at one of the workers handed me a box with avocado spread and a barely toasted piece of bread it tasted awful and I wanted to gag and for some reason the bread was wet too The workers used to be so nice. What happened?

I love Dunkin and I understand that working at a Dunkin can be frustrating and overwhelming at times. But my orders are never right. I come in every day and each time I have to go back to get my order fixed. They are always nice and quick to fix it though, which I appreciate.

I’ve been going to this dunkin for 3 years, and it’s been going down hill for the last 3 months. The younger “kids” give so much attitude, laughs over the speaker, doesn’t give back change bc they don’t talk to you. they just guess what order you have. It’s mostly the afternoon crew. Food is normally cold, or just wrong,

Never will come to this dunkin again. The employees are rude. Actively complaining that customers were coming into the building. This is not the 1st time these employees have been rude.

The drive through line took me 20 minutes to get through. The order was correct and ready when I got to the window ( I did an on the go mobile order) but wow I've never waited for coffee so long in my life for only having a few cars ahead of me.

Worst managed location in the area. Extra 10 mins on average peak times waiting for the short handed staff to catch up on backlog
