Horrible customer service. I came here today 10-6-2024 around 3pm, my wife went to the counter to ask if they took card, the kid looked at her, walked over to the window and didn’t even acknowledge her and walked away. I went to the window to ask, he looked over, didn’t say a word even after I rang the bell and said excuse me.. also there was three others waiting in line with no help either. We will never come here again.

Great ice cream and food. Nice setting. Gave 2 stars because you need to clean your picnic tables up as well as your garbage cans. Power wash them once every month at least. Also put napkins where people can grab them. You passing out 1 napkin for an ice cream cone is really kind of cheap.

Original Review - “Meh”Response to Owner - Nothing too crazy, just very strange clientele and not the greatest ice cream I’ve had. So simply put, meh. Not a bad experience by any means just wouldn’t go out of my way to return but would stop if I was passing by.

I gave the food a two star just to be nice because my daughter and I just got a twist cone, can’t really go wrong with that. But the service was AWFUL. I’m almost positive it was the owner, black hair, Spanish, early 50s I’d say. She was not welcoming or pleasant and continued to give my daughter and I looks as if she was even pissed we were ordering ice cream? Maybe she was having a bad day or maybe she’s just truly a miserable old lady, but it definitely rubbed me the wrong way enough to never go back there.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The owner is quite nasty. I’ve had 2 experiences with her and this will be the last. I came to order for just myself and took 15 minutes because one person was ahead of me so when I ordered with the kid training I noticed this woman leering at me. It continued and she just stared so I asked if something was wrong. She got confrontational and when I said that she got even more confrontational. I asked for my money back and she continued to yell at me. Reading the other reviews I won’t be surprised if they’re not the owners next year. I feel bad for the kids working for her currently. Even her husband seems to just accept that’s how she is ?
Service was quick with smiles food was good for a concession didn’t let kids annoy them instead they answered allowing them to help and afterward we had ice cream yummy all I can say is I wish they had Italian water ices but great experience to start our summer

I know the season ends soon, but there weren't many hard ice cream selections left to choose from and the pretzel was rock hard. Also, the male teenage staff member last night seemed "too cool for school" and bored by his having to explain what few options were left available.
