Yeah Mon Restaurant & Lounge

We stumbled scores this Resteraunt while using google maps. We walked in and it was quiet and no one but the server was there. She immediately put on some Caribbean style music and came to help us and get our order. Husband got jerk chicken and I got ox tails and my son got the wings. Everything was sooo good. We had jerk chicken in Jamaica on our honeymoon and it tasted just as good here as it did on the island. The ox tails were flavorful and tender. Son liked his wings as well. If we lived closer we’d go here all the time!

I placed an order online. I wanted to give the new business a try. I was pleasantly surprised with the food. The food is phenomenal! Although, the customer service definitely needs improvement.

I order from this restaurant at least once per month. Their food especially their jerk wings/chicken/pork, is absolutely amazing, their coconut shrimp is also a fan fave here in my house. They are super consistent with their flavors. And to top it all off their customer service is top tier. I just love this place. As a born Jamaican-I approve. ????????

I don’t what happened but their Oxtails is salty. Everyone tried it and we all found it very salty. The goat was great flavors were on point but the half a chicken was a waste- flavorless, dry, trashy pretty much in edible.
The jerk wing were also good too.

Jerk chicken bites were amazing. Then my husband had curried goat and I had the oxtail stew. Amazing food and service! Definitely will be back!

Went here with my family. We dined in and the service and food was amazing. Prices was reasonable too. Had to order to go plates. Looking forward to going back.

I'm gonna review this place with hope that this is seen, duly noted and changes are made. I randomly came in after seeing the sign with the intention of supporting a fairly new business. I ordered two of the simplest appetizers...$15 in total just to support and try their food. I waited 25 min for the food to come and I was literally the only customer in the restaurant (one person came later). Not only that, but I sat at the bar the whole time as multiple workers passed me by not offering/asking if I wanted anything to drink. Drinks are being made for the staff and all. I'm watching pink drinks flow to the back and staff is chillin. All while I sit there, with absolutely zero engagement from staff, not being offered even a glass of water while I waited 25 min at an empty restaurant/bar. Better business has to be done. I really hope this is seen and they take customer service and their business more seriously. I came with the intentions of showing love...I left sorely disappointed in the lack of preparedness and professionalism. The appetizers were good though.

the curry chicken was delicious ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered through DoorDash last night and am definitely ordering more in the future. Curry chicken came with rice and stew veg. Chicken was falling off the bone and perfectly seasoned. Rice and veg complemented the chicken very nicely. Had some leftovers the next day and am so satisfied.

No real atmosphere as this was a take out order. I've yet to see anyone eating in. The stew fish is fantastic, as is the festival. Offspring says the escovich is great as well. Proprietor is very courteous and pleasant. We will return frequently.

So found this hidden spot and decided to give it a try. I got the oxtail with rice and veg. $23 with tax. I must say I was surprised because the place lookes like a bar/lounge with no other customers inside. The food was good and the staff were friendly. I must say I will be going back..
