I ordered a Green Tea, with honey and milk only to receive a snide remark regarding my combination of green tea, honey & milk along with making a disgusted look on face, plus a under her breath remark! She was the Cashier on 6/28/25, in the AM shift.

I stop in to many Dunkins during the month. This is one of my least favorites. Mornings are decent, but later in the day service and inventory worsen. Teens run the place late in the afternoon. Three consecutive visits, they had run out of chocolate glazed, and since I order on their app I was out of luck. Had to choose a less desirable doughnut. I go elsewhere now.

It's such a shame how downhill this location suddenly became. I've been visiting this location for years and now every time I go the Coffee and Cold Brew is bitter, which is strange considering that it was fine just a few months ago, and the employees haven't changed. I hope it improves after the remodel.
