Missing my train stop turned into me discovering this little slice of food heaven.Upon walking in, I was warmly greeted. The employees graciously explained the menu items. Overall, it was a positive experience. The food was delicious, and the customer service was exceptional.

Finding a Venezuelan restaurant in New York is almost next to impossible until we stopped here for the first time. We wanted some authentic South American cuisine and was not disappointed. We ordered the Patacon Carne and Parrilla. The waiter was nice to talk to and he explained how they were able to bring authentic ingredients from back home. The patacon used fried plantain as the sandwich to hold all the delicious meat from falling out. The parrilla was a great sampler for their meat dishes. Tasty, authentic, flavorful, and washed it down with a can of Maltin. Will come back to explore other menu items.

WOW, this place is delicious! My boyfriend and I stumbled across this place to get a quick snack before going to Mulcahy's when the owner greeted us and told us that we were going to have the best Venezuelan food on LI. He was not wrong 10/10 must try. I recommend the Cachapa arepa with steak and the patacon with pernil 10/10!!!! MUST TRYYY

Authentic Venezuelan food! I was craving a pepito and it was unbelievable good. My mom loved the arepa de cazón and my husband the Reina pepiada! My 2 year old couldn’t stop eating the Tequeños and mini Cachapas! The juices were authentic flavor too. Great food, service and atmosphere! Can’t wait to come back to try everything else.Kid-friendliness: High chair, staff gave my toddler a lollipop and were very kind.
Veggie arepa was gaaassss ?? 10/10 and the bottle of Maltín was a perfect addition. Great place to get dinner before hopping on the LIRRVegetarian options: Veggie Areppa

Disappointing. Overcharged me by about 15% over the menu and posted price (was the only customer, was not a mistake. She was deliberately trying to pocket something for herself). The food is boring: mostly just frozen bulk items reheated on the grill or in the microwave. They buy from Costco or maybe some equivalent South American bulk store. Nothing I have tried was ever cooked to order. Will never go there again.
