I’ve had Katie’s blueberry pie, cupcakes and her signature carrot cake and everything has been absolutely delicious! Her carrot cake is SO moist and full of delicious, fresh goodness that you can actually see the carrots and raisins. The frosting adds the perfect sweetness and enhances the cake’s flavor. This bakery is so wonderful. They are family owned and everything is delicious and incredible.
So I went here after getting off the train once. I live in wantagh, grew up in wantagh. Had to check it out. Holy cow. I have to say.. I’ve never left a Google review in my life. It took me some time to figure out. I have a sweet tooth for sure and I need to come on here and say I had the best cupcake ive ever had in my life here. I still talk about this cupcake a year later.
