This McDonald’s is absolutely disgusting. Dirty tables everywhere, food and wrappers all over the floor, bathrooms were disgusting. They are severely understaffed and cannot manage the restaurant and the drive-thru at the same time. It is impossible to get anyone’s attention who works behind the counter. They do not have anyone cleaning tables when others are done eating. This place is an outright disaster.

Always messing up my order somehow. And every single time I ask for a Dr.Pepper, they give me diet. Like anyone can taste the difference. I legit got sick after bc of the off taste with the diet. And its a large drink size I get. So imagine that. Money wasted for almost every single time I get an order from there. Thats why sometimes I go to a little further location.

Couldn't ring in a sausage, biscuit and sausage and egg biscuit no cheese, I had to repeat myself seventeen different times which I have no problem with and still ended up with a sausage and egg mcmuffin instead 😫 i am not local so this was a bummer and caused 10 minute delay

Look. I know it must be depressing and dead end like to work at a fast food restaurant. But you chose to work there. So regardless of how you may feel about your life and your life's choices, you must still fulfill the requirements of customer satisfaction via what they desire for their preferred custom meal. And you managers, push your employees to the acceptable requirement level of customer service satisfaction, or let them go!
Very little interaction with the staff since that giant wall put up. The kids that come here are disrespectful and their bikes need to go. Mgmnt needs to tell these kids stop being loud and get the bikes away from the main door or leave!
