Recently saw the local LI Rage Against the Machine cover band, Fistful of Steel – wow! These guys are the real deal. Their raw energy, tight musicianship, and captivating stage presence were simply infectious. They ripped through their setlist with a passion that was impossible to ignore, and the crowd was eating it up. They clearly love what they do, and that enthusiasm translated directly to an unforgettable live show.

Beyond the music, Mulcahys had a really welcoming vibe. The door staff were friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere felt laid-back and unpretentious. It's the kind of place where you can just relax, grab a drink with old friends, and enjoy some killer live music without any of the fuss of a larger arena.

If you're looking for an authentic and high-energy live music experience, it’s a great local Long Island staple. And if you ever get the chance to see Fistful of Steel play there (or anywhere!), do yourself a favor and go. It's a potent combination of a great band in a fantastic setting that will leave you buzzing long after the last note fades. I can't wait to catch the next show!

Really cool venue that took me too long to experience, but live pro wrestling was a great way to start!

Fantastic spot! I’m over 50 have grown up and lived in the Seaford/Wantagh area my entire life. I’ve watched Mulchay’s grow over the years and it’s been amazing. They absolutely know what they’re doing. From their incredible sound to their top-tier staff, it’s THE place to be for live music. We recently did our first VIP package and it was worth every penny. I absolutely recommend attending an event you’re interested in at this venue. With the LIRR stooping at their door, it’s convenient to so many.

It was Saint Patrick’s Day. A lot of people crowd the shops in front of the bar. Place was packed.

We were merely walking past the bar. A bouncer immediately yells at my friend for no reason I saw. He kicks us out to a place we weren’t even going in yet.

I come back later and actually got on the line. Same guy refuses to let my pal in for earlier saying he was walking out with arms too wide?

He then points to me and I’ve said nothing at this point and said “your eyes are too wide”.

We left and come back over an hour later, to talk to another bouncer. Clearly we were blacklisted. As this other bouncer said get off the line.

I then told him “what’s the problem?” very politely as I’m not an aggressive guy. This bouncer proceeded to shove me and say “you are high out of your mind”.

This guy was an idiot. I obviously wasn’t high that night since I’m posting this review. But he would let in our other friend who was absolutely plastered and 15 drinks in.

Meanwhile I didn’t drink much yet and they said I was high and kicked out a buddy of mine who must have bumped into somebody on the street.

I’ve been in there many times before on Saint Patrick’s Day. Never had an issue or caused problems. I also got into every other bar in the area no issue that day.

I understand it’s a private business and they were probably doing everything they could to limit the amount of people inside.

But the bouncer shoving me was overkill and other one claiming I was high was nonsensical. Last time I checked your eyes get red when you’re high.

They missed out on making money that night and soured our mood. I understand bouncers can be in high stress jobs, but they need to dial it down and chill.

I hope to come back one day with a better experience,as this is a nice place.

Long black hair women working 3/15/25 at 11PM at the front bar had a horrible attitude. $35 wasted we left bc we couldn’t even get a drink at the bar. She served everyone else but my small group after waiting for 20 minutes, and serving people that arrived after us, when we asked her for a drink after being ignored, she said don’t you see me making someone else’s? She probably would’ve spit in the drinks at that point because she had a horrible attitude. If you hate your job that much, quit???

Truly disappointing!! I was excited for a night of good music and that didn’t happen. Better music on the car ride home.
