It was very crowded and busy and loud but the person who took our orders was INCREDIBLY kind and patient even when my friend was indecisive and taking their time w ordering. The best service I’ve had in a long time!!!!!!!!

Good coffee nice selection, friendly people. Nice to hang out. Parking can be a challenge if there's an event going on nearby but it's always good. Coffee snacks can be uneven but atmospheres is always pleasant. Great meeting place.

We went last night around 9:30 on a Friday night and had a 30 minute wait. It's a great concept, good vibe, just could use some updating (seating, games, lighting). Our table was sticky. The scrabble board we tried to use was also sticky but worse it was missing a bunch of letter which was disappointing - we were really looking forward to playing. My friend enjoyed her gingerbread chai latte and my cafe au lait was good. Lots of desserts to chose from on the menu and savory foods too. We didn't have anything to eat this time but we said we'd be back.

went back for the first time in a while and felt a little pain at how high the prices got but such is life in NY ? still delicious coffee, the lattes aren't overly sweet which i really appreciate, and great atmosphere and desserts! we got fries which took a while to come out and they were just ok but if memory serves the desserts are always winners.

The sign on your Lynbrook store says "open until 9pm", but online it states 7pm. However, it's 5:30pm right now and the door is already locked and the staff are inside mopping the floors.

So, we went here after dinner and it was a very chill vibe. Staff is super nice. I had the vegan/gluten free brownie with vanilla soy ice cream on top. This was absolutely one of the best desserts I ever had. We all got decaf coffee, herbal tea, and another really delicious decaf coffee with whipped cream. My friends and I are in our late 50's and felt super comfortable. All different ages of people there, we were definitely the oldest but it is such a relaxing and mellow place that we didn't feel like odd man out. I wish I had taken pictures, but I definitely will next time. Very relaxing atmosphere. Totally recommend for dessert and non alcoholic drinks.
This is a really lovely coffee shop right across from the train station (and a few storefronts from Mulchays). I got a coffee and their peanut butter pie and we also ordered fries for the table and had a great night. I 100000% recommend the pie! So heavenly. Our server was really wonderful and accommodating when more and more people kept joining us (we were holding a little get-together but never got a confirmation about how many people were coming). I love their quirky mugs and decor, and you can even buy the decor from local artists which is really cool. I have 2 minor things to mention of things I didn't like, one that is out of their control. The one out of their control is the parking situation. Because of the train, there's a myriad of street signs that have short hours you can park, and it isn't clear if you can park in the train spots during non-rush hours. I had to circle a few times. It is definitely a deterrent for me to return. Additionally, I do wish they had more hours. I'm almost surprised I didn't see that they don't open for a few hours in the morning. I'd imagine they would do really well with the train right there. The night I went they were open 6 pm to about 10/11 pm. And that seems to be normal for them.

The interior of the coffee shop looked very nice, and the employees were very kind and I also really enjoyed their coffee. I had a creme brûlée latte along with a slice of pumpkin pie, I also asked them to warm it up for me. I enjoyed The Cup Coffeehouse a whole lot. I would highly recommend coming to this place with family and

I would make a trip out here, and certainly stop if ever in the area. The most friendly service I have ever received paired with delicious (and endless) tea and coffee options. The MOST cozy atmosphere you could ask for, open late. I ended up ordering to go tea and the server brought over a silver pitcher for me to pour my own milk. Adorable and detail oriented. What more could you want?
