“I read the reviews on this establishment and I honestly don’t understand what the problem they had. My personal experience taught a completely different story. Upon arriving at this Popeyes fast food restaurant located in wappinger falls NY, the first impression was that an employee inside saw I exited my car as he learned I was physically disabled and opened the restaurant entrance doors for me. Secondly, before I made my order I told the cashier that I was deaf and he immediately began to communicate with me using body sign language, something 99% of people don’t bother with trying to do to make communication easier for the deaf. I was so impressed that I had to compliment him on his effort. Thirdly, I told him I couldn’t carry my food to the table as I needed to walk using a walker and asked if he could bring my food to the table for me, and he did so without hesitation; he also brought variety of sauces for me to try.As I sat down to eat i noticed the restaurant was extremely clean and smelled fresh. It was so immaculate that I had to look up the business on google to find out when it was built.The food, which was 2pc signature chicken, was the best fried chicken I ever had. My only complaint was that the chickens were a bit small.I’ll definitely eat here again and will be recommending this place to family and friends.It’s the best Popeyes restaurant upstate NY.“
“The lady who worked as cashier, she was very nice. And she remember us as well, even though we went for a vacation for 2 months. She still remember us and that’s super nice and polite.This burger in this Wendy doesn’t have mustard inside the double stacked burger , which I like it. However, the one in Fishkill NY, they put mustard and ketchup in the double stacked and bacon stacked burger.So please ask first if you have special request, I just found out not all Wendy’s follow the same direction.Vegetarian options: There is salad and other options where Burger King has no salad option.Parking: There are plenty of free parking in their own lot.Kid-friendliness: Yes.Wheelchair accessibility: There was 2 doors to open to get into the restaurant, somehow it may be challenging when using wheelchair. The chairs are movable not fixed to ground, so there are plently of tables to choose when using wheelchairs.“
“I work near by and hadn't ever come because I assumed only bagels. So not the case! Went one morning with my running group and was shocked at the great menu. Breakfast wrap was amazing and now we (my work crew) order lunch regularly from here as well. The rice pudding is so good! The staff is great, the food is fresh, the portions are generous, and the restaurant is adorable and clean! My office is moving locations in about a month but I'm happy we will still be close enough to still walk to get lunch at our new location!“
“I'm new to the Poughkeepsie area I needed a go to place for breakfast. I wanted to avoid McDonald's, IHOP, the "chains". Found Abes and ordered an egg sandwich and a tuna sub for later. Both were excellent and very satisfying. Prices were also very fair. Highly recommend this joint.“

“Big fan of Five Guys burgers. Really not that expensive and the food is really good. The fries are always dropped fresh when you pick up your order and they give you a ton of them. They also do lettuce wrapped burgers, which is great because my wife can't have gluten.Dietary restrictions: Lettuce wrapped burgers for gluten allergies. The fries are fried in peanut oil though, so beware of that if you have a peanut allergy.“
