“We dropped in to Jersey Mike's in Wappingers Falls on Tuesday June 30th for some late lunch. We were greeted by two terrific young men, both smiling and eager to provide some delicious food AND give us a stellar customer experience. They prepared a tasty, robust salad for me and my wife ordered a hot meal from the grill. Jabrill and Chikezie made us the best meals ever and they did it with warmth and great care. We are super grateful for these two young men and we hope you'll go over and see for yourself just how awesome Jersey Mike's is. Thank you Guys!!“

“Food here is always excellent. Waayyyy better than the Charley's in Walmart. They're always so so nice here and I am always satisfied with my food. Today (June 6, around 2pm) there were some grouchy entitled customers in front of us who did nothing but complain and demand a refund. The Charley's staff did an amazing job at handling them. Everyone at this location deserves a hug and a raise. 10/10!

From the very beginning, Chris, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Since The Beacon Daily typically does not offer direct delivery for a la carte orders, I explained that this lunch was part of a very important three day celebration and that everything needed to be handled with extra care. Without hesitation, Chris personally stepped in, took ownership of the order, and even delivered it himself all the way to Glynwood's Perkins House. His attention to detail, responsiveness, and willingness to accommodate our requests were truly remarkable. He thoughtfully provided compostable plates, napkins, and flatware and made sure every aspect of the order was handled flawlessly. So professional, asked you questions so you could order efficiently and with options, he made everyone’s order quickly, efficiently, correct, AND was kind and funny. “Lori S. helped me extremely hard making a long sandwich (6 inches i think?) (footlong she thinks???) She then smeared the mayo onto my footlong and I enjoyed it heavily. She wanted to do more for me, but a sandwich was all I needed. Never seen any better cervix (service?) ever. She was incredibly hot, maybe add an air conditioner? I will definitely be back for me if you know what I mean? She made me eat what she was making on a dirty table also.“

“I love the BMT sandwich with my favorite toppings. This is my go to deli sandwich. Love it. Also I dined in at this restaurant and one reason for this was due to the extreme cleanliness. Due me dining in I used the restroom to wash my hands, and found the restroom to be clean and fully stocked with hand soap and paper towels. The staff was friendly and made my sandwich with care. Delicious.“
