“Dined here with my family tonight for the first time and we ALL loved everything about Hudson Taco. We started with a large order of guacamole that was really good followed by many tacos, two bowls, street corn, a side of beans and a side of fried plantains. We loved everything that we ordered and look forward to returning soon. Also, I wish that I could remember our servers name because she was just that good! Thanks for providing our family with a great night out.“

“Went with door dash and food was amazing. Pork burrito was full of flavor. the regular beef taco was full of flavor too and awesome shell. Even their chips and salsa was tasty lol. Nice to see this place in business.“

“I am disappointed that took away the option of ordering one or two tacos. (especially if you're just trying to t have a light lunch), Now it's three or more. BUT the tacos are delicious.“

“This place is incredible! The menu has a lot of variety and everything was very clean. Our waitress was an absolute legend!
The food... I just cannot believe how good it is! The creamed spinach is so fresh!! This was the best I have ever had! Mom had the quesadilla which had a perfect cheese blending with chicken and such wonderful guacamole. And the creme brulee was so creamy and balanced, it really knocked me out. I will be back many more times!!“
