The food tastes decent, but what gives you the right to cut the portions of your bowls in half while charging the same price?! I hadn’t eaten here since last year and the bowl size literally was cut in half!! My daughter and I used to be able to share a bowl when ordering here. What a shock and disgrace with your same priced tiny portions!!! If you’re going to cut portions so drastically, then you should cut the costs as well! I hate when restaurants do this, and now you too?! Pitiful! Not coming back because it’s so not worth it!!!

I have been in the food industry for over 10 years. I come to vitality bowls often. I ordered over the phone and the impression I got was that the girl I spoke with did not understand my order. She sounded very confused and didn’t even repeat back my order. I had to repeat what I wanted to her multiple times. She was very hesitant and lacked confidence in her job.
I checked the order when I got there and sure enough it was incorrect. I would understand if this happened once or twice, but this happens way too often. Every time I come something is done incorrectly.
My sister goes here often as well. She reached out to the owner of vitality bowls about her mess up. Because yes she has also had multiple experiences where they have messed up her orders. The owner never responded to her email.
The food is great. the lack of passion or understanding in the workers is noticeable. Vitality bowls is not the same as it used to be and definitely went down hill this past year.
Yes the food is great, but the lack of passion and attention to detail significantly changes the food quality and overall experience.
Put passion in what you own or don’t own it.

Vitality Bowl is a fantastic spot! Their açaí bowls are vibrant and flavorful, and the smoothies are incredibly refreshing. The power panini is a standout, and both the steak and chicken bowls are deliciously satisfying. Their salads are fresh and invigorating. Every dish is crafted to be both tasty and nutritious!
Parking: “The parking at this location is excellent—there’s ample free parking available, making it easy to find a spot. The lot is well-organized and conveniently located, which enhances the overall experience. Highly recommend for hassle-free parking.”
The service is kind but very very slow and the smoothies cost a fortune. $50 for 3 smoothies and a wrap. It is maybe worth either the wait or the price but certainly not both. The staff is always kind but also always standing around on a phone or something and then slow motion making smoothies as if for the very first time. It takes literally 3min to make a smoothie. (I’ve worked at a smoothie shop so I know).
I literally just got home with my Nutty bowl and there is no strawberries and no peanut butter ? Like 5 ingredients at almost 15 dollars for a medium and couldn't get it right. Not happy
