Vitality Bowls is such a nice, clean spot with a great atmosphere. Every time I come in, I’m welcomed by the friendly staff, and they’re always super helpful. They have a ton of different healthy options smoothies, bowls, juices all fresh and delicious. It’s easily my favorite place to eat healthy, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for good vibes and great food.

Everyone there was super friendly. Staff were very polite. We joined our meal and smoothies but the espresso and cappuccino, we’re not good at all. I would definitely return for the food and smoothies, but not for the coffee beverages.

Awesome spot right off the main road perfect for a hot day when you’re in desperate need of a pick me upper.
After a car wash, decided I needed some fuel. It was a super hot summer day so nothing pairs better than a nice smoothie. I was highly craving a smoothie bowl but sadly didn’t have much time to enjoy one. I always feel like if you don’t sit down properly to enjoy a smoothie bowl, you just end up with a brain freeze.
So I went for the next best thing: a power protein smoothie! They have a vegan version with pea protein and almond milk which was awesome!
I happily took this to go but this Vitality Bowls location is a complete vibe to come hang out and do some work or stop in for a quick lunch break. Love their fire place and cute neon sign. I’m a sucker for neon signs hehe.
The window tints keep this place nice and cool and you can sit by the window and people/car watch. Plus it’s so conveniently located and great as a post grocery run if you go to Aldi.
Overall, great spot for a healthy treat. They have $6 wellness Wednesday smoothies!

I was over at vitality bowls today and I absolutely love this place. The vitality bowl itself was just amazing. I went in and the customer service was significantly amazing. It was very clean inside and the young woman that helped me was very helpful and respectful. Overall I would say this place is amazing and I will definitely be going back.

I recently tried the Superfood Bowl with Nutella on top – absolutely delicious! I also had the hummus toast, which was so flavorful and satisfying. Everything was fresh and beautifully prepared. This place has quickly become my favorite spot for açaí bowls. Highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for a healthy and tasty option!

The quality of vitality bowls has gone completely downhill with the new management. They also give very weird vibes. I definitely do not recommend this place any longer. Try chakra bowls in Poughkeepsie - They are much better and my new go to place!!

Service was weird to say the least. I walked in and there 2 employees that made the experience weird: one employee was sitting on a stool by the front talking to who i’m assuming was her friend, paying no mind to me for what felt a uncomfortable eternity. Then, she turned her attention to me and practically stared me down as I walked toward the register. The 2nd employee that took my order was better, however the interaction felt forced as if she really just had to “deal” with me. Judging by how she took my order, kept looking back to talk to her coworker and the friend. I could over hear the first employee cussing and acting unprofessional talking to her friend, loudly discussing her personal life and escapades. The place felt really uncomfortable and I felt so out of place as if I was interrupting them and like I wasn’t supposed to even be there. In addition: the bowl I ordered, “blue bliss bowl”, didn’t taste good at all, the bananas were waxy and firm which often means they are underripe, the blueberries has no taste, the granola tasted like “not granola” - the closest thing I can describe to it was putting moist nuts in your mouth that somehow had a crunch, the smoothie part itself tasted like a thick yogurt. No taste. Just super thick yogurt with a hint of whatever it was made with? Overall, not a good experience. I believe the staff can be trained better to interact with customers and at the very least act professional around customers and then return to their conversation. This is my first ever review anywhere, and I’m so I shocked I have to write this because you can usually let bad places go if you don’t like them or love them, but this place is just a straight no for me. Seriously weird experience

I used to eat at Vitality Bowls all the time. Switching owners isn’t easy, so I wanted to give the new management some grace as they transitioned. I stopped a few times over the last 6-ish months, and the service could use some help. They also have a coffee machine, but was told it’s not working (I mean, it’s been 6 months). The prices of the bowls have increased, but the quality is lacking. Today, I had a business meeting at Vitality Bowls, which opens at 8 AM. No one arrived until about 8:10 AM (with a bunch of us waiting in the parking lot because we had let them know our group was arriving). I noticed the tables looked like they hadn’t been cleaned, and again no coffee. Our group decided to leave and go elsewhere. I’m not leaving this review to hurt this business by any means, but I’m hopeful that the new owners will see the other reviews and do something to turn Vitality Bowls around.

Omg the Green Glow Bowl was so delicious. I wish it had a bit more lettuce and a bit less grains. But it was so wildly delicious, I’m not sure I would change anything. I almost didn’t try this place bc of the lower ratings, and I’m so glad I did. It will be my go to when I’m in the area. I also got green juice, which was also delicious.

Generic and overpriced. Gone downhill with the new ownership
They have this have this so called loyalty program however they do not bother to honor. You can find overpriced salads, wraps, açaí bowls and smoothies elsewhere.
