“We don’t eat fast food very often, so this was a pleasant surprise. Our visit to McDonald's was a really positive experience.
The service was quick, and the staff was genuinely kind—something you don’t always expect. They even took the time to say “have a good day,” which made it feel more personal. Our fish sandwiches were nicely made and well-presented, which definitely exceeded expectations.

“I’m usually hopping in around 6AM, to grab my caffeine on my way to work in Albany. It’s nothing short of friendly service with a cheery smile while handing off my coffee. The best part, I’m not waiting in a drive thru line that is notoriously at least 25-30 minutes at the Starbucks on Aviation Road in Queensbury 10 minutes away. I appreciate your friendly service and warm smile. Keep up the great work!“

“The coffee here is delicious. I had a hazelnut iced coffee and went back the second day for a hot latte. Both were great! Muffins were yummy and fresh. Only complaint is their staff is not friendly. No smiles, no “have a nice day”. Seemed more like I was bothering them to do their job. It wasn’t busy as it’s the off season, so it’s not like either barista was overwhelmed. So unpleasant.“

“My husband and I stopped in for some breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Bank Cafe did not disappoint. They were absolutely delicious. I had a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel. My husband had a bacon, egg, and cheese on a ciabatta. It was the perfect breakfast to start our day full of activities. I wish it wasn’t our last day or else we would be coming back tomorrow! The owner and staff were super friendly. We were greeted with smiles as soon as we walked in. While our sandwiches were getting made, we had a great conversation with the owner.“
