“Its a McDonalds so yoy know what you are getting food wise. Overpriced fast food. But when you are traveling, that's just what you get. I will say most McDonalds the staff are horrible, with no customer service at all. This one is the exception. Everyone was friendly and all smiles in the back. No fighting or yelling during the lunch rush.“

“We found the Bear’s Cup this past week while we were in Bolton Landing. Had breakfast sandwiches there twice during our time there and took home a dozen bagels when we were leaving. Absolute BEST bagel we’ve ever had. Also shared a Bear Claw - treat yourself. It was delicious! Bear’s Cup - do you ship???“

“I’m usually hopping in around 6AM, to grab my caffeine on my way to work in Albany. It’s nothing short of friendly service with a cheery smile while handing off my coffee. The best part, I’m not waiting in a drive thru line that is notoriously at least 25-30 minutes at the Starbucks on Aviation Road in Queensbury 10 minutes away. I appreciate your friendly service and warm smile. Keep up the great work!“

“We almost avoided this place completely BC hotel coffee is usually the worst. On our last morning, we took a chance here as we had an early drive.

We went inside the hotel and skipped the streetside one - they have two cafe spots. The inside one had a nice machine! It was the only place that had (and knew what a) flat white (is). The coffee cake was also V GOOD.

“My husband and I stopped in for some breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Bank Cafe did not disappoint. They were absolutely delicious. I had a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel. My husband had a bacon, egg, and cheese on a ciabatta. It was the perfect breakfast to start our day full of activities. I wish it wasn’t our last day or else we would be coming back tomorrow! The owner and staff were super friendly. We were greeted with smiles as soon as we walked in. While our sandwiches were getting made, we had a great conversation with the owner.“

“This place is always busy when I come in, the workers are clearly doing the best they can to try to keep up. Some customers are in such a hurry they are rude to the staff; I find that super inappropriate!!!! they are humas just like the customers. kudos to the staff and manager at this location. keep up the good work and don't let the rude inpatient customers get you down!“
