Many, many, many on line complaints. This place COULD be an asset to our town. Unfortunately when staff is consistently rude (not so at Geneseo, Batavia, or East Aurora). One can only surmise that in Warsaw employees are not trained. That would be the owner/manager’s fault. One might well guess that he/she doesn’t know how to smile, be welcoming or accommodating either. So how are these neophytes to learn appropriate customer service without guidance of expectations!?...read full review
