Eileen was an absolute superstar and her team could not have been more helpful and patient with us, toughing it out through the rain and making our guests feel comfortable in every way. They made the day so special for us, even giving us "our moment" after cocktail hour with just us two and our appetizers that I will remember forever. We cannot express enough how beautiful everything came out and can't imagine doing it with anyone else. They are a special group and are a perfect pick for any catering needs, big to small. We had a great time celebrating our sister/friend.Everything was good, although they appeared to be a bit short staffed. They also permitted outside decorators (M&K-Rauchet) to add their personal decorative flavor to the hall. That was a very nice touch which made the hall spectacular.
