This is definitely a definition of a dive diner. This place probably hasn't been upgraded since the '40s. It is quaint, service was excellent and the food was also. Just a little seedy looking as far as the interior goes. But then again, I'm not eating the interior. I forgot to add that Yes I would eat there again.
Exactly what you want from a small town coffee shop. I've come here for decade for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's always great. I do wish they'd go back to regular coffee cups. Hot tip: when the special is sloppy Joe's, get it!! Delicious.
Definitely a hidden gem of the capital region. Very cozy rustic atmosphere. Staff is welcoming and very attentive. The food was VERY reasonably priced and the portion sizes are generous to say the least. Food was delicious, western omelet and eggs benny were delicious. Definitely shot to the top of our list and is our favorite diner in the area and will be returning soon!
